❌Return & Refund Policy (Due to Product Properties)

Squishy balls are made of soft, viscous materials with a unique glutinous texture—this special material makes them prone to deformation, leakage, or inner collapse during transportation and storage, especially as temperatures rise.For this reason, we do NOT offer returns or exchanges for squishy ball products.

To ensure fairness for both parties, if you receive a defective product (e. g., small holes on the ball surface that were missed during quality inspection), please provide a complete unboxing video within 24 hours of receiving the package.This video will help us verify the issue quickly and provide a reasonable solution. 

💡Tips for New Squishy Lovers

For new fans of BuBuSquishy, please note: the filling inside the squishy balls may cause wear and tear on the ball surface over time. We cannot provide after-sales service for damaged ball skins caused by normal use. We recommend purchasing extra replacement ball skins in advance or adding them to your order for backup!
